PUZZLE BOX
Thank you for following me here. I'm afraid I got stuck, and I could use some help getting out. All of us could.
Do you ever think about choices? How many choices we might have to make to reach a particular outcome? In the course of most of our lives, we would have to take a great many steps in order to jump off a bridge. Make the decision, get in our car, drive to a bridge, get out, climb over the railing. Not change our minds. Jump.
But maybe you're just walking along a bridge with no railing, and the urge to jump strikes you. Why, then it only takes one choice, one step, and you're over the edge, with no way to turn back. Committed to the consequences. Life is like that, sometimes. We expect to have some warning before we reach a point of no return. But as often as not, we don't get it.
I'm sorry.
